Career Planning
I provide formal vocational testing for adolescents and adults seeking to discover a career path that is right for them. This process involves administering two widely used and effective vocational inventories called the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (Personality Assessment) and the Strong Interest Inventory® (Interests Assessment). Knowing ‘who you are’ and ‘what you like’ are two key factors in uncovering and selecting a suitable career choice. Your test results will highlight this information, as well as specific career fields that may be a good fit for you. We then work together to:
- Explore and research these specific career fields
- Identify the job title options in these career fields
- Research important information about these job titles
- Narrow down and identify the specific job title that best fits you
- Create a specific career plan to get you into that job title at the level you are seeking
